DEEP CLEANING

A deep clean is crucial for new cleaning service clients, and is recommended if you have not had your home cleaned in 1-2 or more months, it enables our team to tackle areas that are often overlooked during routine maintenance. This comprehensive initial cleaning creates a fresh starting point and establishes a standard of cleanliness and sanitation for ongoing, high-quality service.

  • Dusting all surfaces including baseboards, window frame, and shelving

  • Cleaning light switches

  • Cleaning reachable windows

  • Vacuuming and mopping all floors thoroughly

STANDARD CLEANING

MOVE IN/MOVE OUT

Whether you're settling into a new space or leaving one behind, our Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning service ensures the home is spotless, refreshed, and ready for what’s next. This is a deep, detail-oriented clean designed to meet the highest standards—ideal for new construction move ins, homeowners, renters, landlords, property managers, luxury apartment communities, and real estate professionals.​

  • Full wipe-down of all surfaces, including baseboards, doors, and trim

  • Deep cleaning of kitchen: appliances (interior/exterior), cabinets, counters, backsplash, and sink

  • Complete bathroom sanitation

  • Floor cleaning throughout (vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping)

  • Interior windows (reachable)

POST CONSTRUCTION

From jobsite to move in ready, after the dust settles, we step in to transform your newly built or renovated space into a clean, polished, and livable environment. Our Post-Construction Cleaning service is specifically designed to handle the unique challenges that come with construction residue, debris, and fine dust—delivering a spotless result that’s ready to impress.

  • Removal of dust and debris from all surfaces (walls, ceilings, floors)

  • Detailed cleaning of baseboards, trim, window sills, and door frames

  • Wipe-down of all interior surfaces, including shelving and built-ins

  • Spot-cleaning walls and removing minor construction smudges

  • Cleaning interior windows, mirrors, and glass doors (removing stickers)

  • Deep cleaning of kitchen and bathrooms, including inside cabinets and drawers

  • Removal of leftover packaging, dust sheets, or light construction debris

  • Vacuuming and mopping all flooring using appropriate methods for new surfaces

  • Air vent and ceiling fan dusting (reachable)

  • Final polish of fixtures, hardware, and switch plates

  • Floor cleaning throughout (vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping)

  • Removal of leftover packaging, dust sheets, or light construction debris

SHORT TERM RENTAL

We specialize in Airbnb, vacation, and short-term rental turnover cleaning, designed to meet the fast-paced demands of hosting. Our team ensures each property is cleaned, restocked, and presented with care—so every guest walks into a spotless, welcoming space.

  • Full surface cleaning and sanitization in all rooms

  • Bathroom deep clean: toilet, tub/shower, sink, fixtures, mirrors, cabinet exteriors, and counters

  • Kitchen wipe-down: counters, backsplash, sink, cabinet exteriors

  • Appliance cleaning: microwave exterior, fridge exterior, stove top

  • Floor care: vacuuming and mopping throughout

  • Dusting of furniture, décor, and reachable surfaces

  • Trash removal and liner replacement in all bins

  • Bed making with clean linens (provided by host)

  • Restocking of essential items (toiletries, paper goods, coffee, etc.)

  • Laundry service (wash/dry/fold of linens and towels, on-site or off-site)

  • Final walk-through to ensure a consistent guest-ready finish
